Enjoy the escape of this cozy tiny home in nature, tucked away in a small gated community with walking trails and a beautiful waterfall. This house invites you to relax with multiple fire places, a hot tub, and areas to sip some tea while reading a book! The back deck is a great spot to grill out, play corn hole, or roast s’mores at the fire pit. Nearby you will find some of the best hiking and waterfalls in TN, rock climbing, fine dining at High Point, a zipline, and The Caverns music venue. You walk into an open living and dining room. There’s a small bunk room to your left perfect for a cozy little retreat. To the right is a full bath. From the living room, through the beautiful glass slider doors, you can enjoy a nice screened in porch with a hot tub to relax in. The loft overlooks the living room, and has a private outdoor balcony. The kitchen is fully furnished for cooking. In the back of the home you will find a laundry area, primary bedroom, and attached private full bath including a luxurious shower.

My husband and I wanted to get away to celebrate our anniversary and this place was perfect. From the minute we walked in the door to the minute we left, it was an awesome experience. We loved having a place to hike on site, but it was also conveniently located to South Cumberland State Park too. And then coming back and jumping in the hot tub after a long hike was much needed. We are already planning our next trip back!
The old saying goes, "it's not where you are but who you're with that really matters." But let me tell ya, this place is something special. Add special friends to a weekend here and it's the perfect recipe for a memorable time. Thank you, Erin.
Everything was beautiful from the home to the surroundings and waterfall nearby. The home was stocked with everything we needed and it was very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful retreat.
This new retreat area is a great getaway. Everything is new and it has everything from common spaces and a playground to hiking trails that lead to streams and an amazing water fall.
We had a great stay! It was a mom and 3 sisters trip and was perfect. We loved the outdoor space and watched Taylor Swift Eras tour concert from the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed! We hiked a bit and 2 walked to the waterfall, which was amazing!

This small tiny home community is in between Nashville and Chattanooga, tucked away in a forest. The Retreat at Deer Lick Falls was the first community like it in the area. Take advantage of the several hiking trails that lead to the seasonally roaring waterfall. Enjoy the comforts of home while also connecting with adventure in nature. Neighborhood Amenities: one of TN’s largest waterfalls (private to the community), hiking trails, playground, community pavilion, fire pits, and more!
The neighborhood is pretty small and walkable.
