2nd time staying at the Grateful Gulley. Convenient location to child’s day camp. Always such a pleasant, peaceful and comfortable stay. Couldn’t ask for better, more thoughtful and accommodating hosts. As long as they are hosts, we will only stay here when visiting Livingston.

I think the cottage has potential but did not live up to our expectations! Pretty disappointed with the fact that the pool is not private….we think the listing is misleading in the way of showing the pool with cottage and it is not. Also, the place was not super clean! Porch was dirty, cigarettes in ash tray and ashes all over table on porch! My husband had to get rid of wasp nest above the front door before we could walk in! Furniture inside was pretty dusty and presented with animal hair! Floor in kitchen had cereal left behind! Cottage really needs some TLC especially for the money! On a positive note…the bed is comfortable and the a/c was cold!🥶
