Such a genuinely antiquated energy. I loved its spooky vibes for our visit to the witchy city of Salem! The covered porch was perfect for late night chatter and early morning coffee☕️. My only regret was not booking a longer stay!

The location and price for this home were really good for the area. Salem has a lot to offer and we went into Boston nearly everyday. The house is easy to find and access. The road is busy and you can hear the noise inside the house. I listen to white noise at night, so that wasn’t an issue for us, but might be for others. The house had nearly everything as listed (except paper products) and I appreciated that it had 4 real beds. The furniture has wear and tear. The bathrooms were clean, but not the kitchen and some other surfaces in my opinion. I have no complaints about Brian, very responsive, helpful, and courteous. I think a few updates and fixes will easily make this place 5 stars for the next guests.

We brought my 3 year old grandson to the area to visit family for the Holidays. It was a perfect staging place for providing quiet time in between multiple group visits, and there was plenty of space for an active child to play with his new gifts. Brian was flexible and gracious when we had to shift our dates. Would stay again.

The home was perfectly located for our long weekend trip and was exactly as described. The inside was very charming with original architecture and wood. We traveled with two kids under the age of 3 and my in-laws and found the space to be just right for our needs. If we’re ever in the area again, we would definitely rebook Brian’s home if it’s available. Thank you for a delightful stay!
