The home was gorgeous and pictures are rather true to life. Location is apt, as you’re only a few steps to Melrose Ave and within 15 minutes of Beverly Hills and 20 to DTLA. The living area was although empty, rather grand in its appearance and it gave a lux feel. A few more furnishing touches and this home will be a marvel. during check-in, we ran into an issue where the instructions provided in the manual were incorrect and we had to wait an hour and the host was unresponsive via Airbnb chat. I had to find their website and contact the posted after hours number, to which the person on the phone was rather displeased that I was contacting them and showed no sympathy that 8 of us had been waiting outside on the street with our luggage for over an hour. The only other issue we faced was that the pool was unusable as it was a little dirty, but I was informed by the host it is only cleaned once a week so we were out of luck.

The house and amenities are excellent and as pictured. What stood out was the communications with the host which were the best I have experienced. They were courteous, professional, totally responsive to any communication and just a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend both this location and host to anyone.

Nice clean and spacious house with alot of room for guests. Nice to have baths for every bedroom, and large guesthouse in the back. Beautiful playable piano and nice outdoor area. Pool and spa needed more clear instructions to get to operate. Not quick responses when questions were asked. House could use some more decorative touches to make it feel like a home, quite plain, and also some furniture or racks for luggage in bedrooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and it worked out perfectly for our family.

This was my first experience with an AirBnB & this location was perfect. There were a few minor issues but all were quickly resolved. The property was in great shape & matched the photos advertised. The customer service was awesome. We had an amazing time. Would definitely book this location again.
