This was my fourth stay and, as usual, I had a wonderful time. I love walking the property and soaking in the peace and quiet. The cottage is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. My favorite spot when staying is the covered deck.

This was my third time staying at Ambleside and it still one of my very favorite places on earth. It is so quiet and peaceful. While it is a rural setting, Knoxville is super close and there are super fun things to do in the area. I visited Brushy Mountain Penitentiary this time, which is about an hour away, and it is a really interesting tour. Stephen and Claudia, as well as Laura, are absolutely fantastic, kind, and warm people who make you feel welcome and as if you've known them forever. Ambleside is cozy on the inside with plenty of kitchenware and has a soft bed with beautiful linens. I treasure my times there and appreciate Claudia and Stephen for providing such a wonderful haven.

Stephen & Lauren were great hosts, always making sure I was comfortable. The cottage was well appointed, clean & lovely. Recommended for those wanting to escape the hustle & bustle.

It was wonderful! We saw goats across the property and my friend and I thought it was a perfect place to relax after a long day of driving!
