In town for a family event. Very appreciative to find Earl's place in a pinch to stay only one night. Overall, it was a comfortable condo to stay in. There were a few maintenance issues. Was hoping for a non-smoking unit, but this one obviously had smokers in it at some point. It was tolerable, just kicked up allergies a little.

Great place to stay for an overnight for my husband and his friends. Brought an air mattress to use and there was plenty of room for it. Place was clean and Earl was flexible with check in. Easy to get into the place and easy to get to off the interstate.

the pictures do not do the place justice. It's freshly renovated and has lots of space! Earl is a great communicator and was always one text away! the bathrooms are spacious and clean, the bedrooms have large beds and plenty of closet space for long stays. my favorite part was the switch on fireplace and large kitchen. Definitely one of the comfest couches I've sat on. small nitpick, i wish the tv was a little bigger in the living room. but tvs in both bedrooms more than make up for it. i was able to unpack and feel right at home for my 3 month stay i highly recommend this property or anything offered by earl. you will not be disappointed.
