This is definitely an scam. Our experience with this property has been a nighmare. i personally think her place doesn't meet airbnb standards, don't even Host follows AIRBNB standards, she didn't cancel reservation on airbnb inbox, she called my number and after that she took 3 days to mark reservation cancelled. Hard to get money refunded, Airbnb forced her to cancel and forced her to initiate the refund process.

Scam This woman started sending messages after we moved in saying she needed to access the house to fix some things, 2 days later Airbnb sent us a message saying that the host complained about us for playing loud music and being rude with the neighbors, we explained Airbnb that was not possible as we had not played any music and that we had not even met the neighbors, the host called me and said she was having problems with Airbnb and wanted me to cancel the reservation and pay her directly for the rental, I told her that I would never do that, she proceed to cancel the reservation, Airbnb penalized her and I got a full refund but left us without a place to stay. I received later a call from her husband saying she was confused and that I was welcomed to stay but needed to pay them direct. Something is wrong with this people, beware.
