We are located very close to the mouth of Diascund Creek well known for tournament winning catches. Your space is on the first floor with a private entrance. Owner lives on second floor. Your space has screened in porch with hot tub. Large open concept main room with pool table and air hockey and pull out sleeper sofa. Separate bedroom and bathroom. Shared use (with owner) of backyard, dock, 2 picnic tables, and kayaks. Adult supervision needed for children on the dock, while kayaking, swimming, in the hot tub and while playing pool. Children are welcome however the space is not childproof. Owner has pet allergies therefore due to shared spaces, no service/assistance animals are allowed. We have a septic system and private well. We have standard orange life jackets for you to use - 4 adult and 2 child. You can swim from the dock between mid tide to high tide (5-7 foot deep) and we have water floats etc for your use. We also have 2 fishing rods that you may use and there are fishing stores nearby for lures or bait. We have a 5 foot diameter wading pool that we will be happy to blow up and have ready for your child if you let us know before you come.
