This is a dream spot to be . it has 16 private bedrooms, all private bath rooms, 2 kitchens, large dinning room, TV room, family room, swimming pool/ jacuzzi. The entire roof is designed for pleasure: Parties, watch the best sun set, sun bathing, weddings, conference, training, baby showers, vacation, or drinking beers. The rooms are available to rent as single room, or two bed rooms, or the entire building. Any amount of rooms could be available to you based on your needs. Dela welcome you. There are 10 rooms on the top floor, and 6 on the first floor. Bed room 7-16 is upstairs 1-6 is on the first floor. The pool is located at the back of the building. 1 kitchen is on the second floor, and the other is on the first floor.

It's a Nice, clean and quiet place/environment. It's a two-story building with various rooms sizes, and ensuite bathrooms. The guest gets to choose whichever one is preferred. There are outdoor covered areas with chairs and tables within the property where guest can have family gatherings, if necessary. More importantly for me, there are staff members available on property if needed, and the responses time to whatever questions or needs one may have, are instant.
We are a family of 16 people spanning 3 generations and travelled to Jamaica for a life celebration of our mother/nan/great nan. Rose and her team went above and beyond to make our stay at the guest house welcoming and a positive experience. Excellent location with amazing views from the roof top , within easy reach to town, the swimming pool at the guest house was a bonus in particular for the children and teens. Everyday spent at this place was filled with happiness. If you are looking for a place to stay in Negril... Rose Guest House is the Place!
Additional directions from booking would have been helpful in finding the location. Besides that the proximity to restaurants and other areas made Rose’s place the perfect spot! She is also very responsive and flexible with checkin times

Great Vacation House!!! Wonderful area and People. The Host is always ready when you need her No matter the Hour. House is Clean & Smells Lovely. Rooms are nice and air- conditioned. Bathrooms were clean and water pressure/temp fine. Wifi is sometimes spotty but Works. Plenty lounge areas. The Pool area is Beautiful. Rooftop is Grand, Great place for a Ceremony. Large stairwell & plenty of steps but there are rooms located on lower level for accessible patrons. Did I say this place was CLEAN!!! Oh and Michelle was the Best!!! Always around when we need her and her Breakfasts were awesome. Everyone was extremely helpful even down to running us to take our return tests. Security stayed up all night to make sure we all were in and safe. Our stay made us feel like we were part of the family. Thank You! I am grateful for how you all comforted our stay. We Definitely will be returning!!!
