Pros -spacious lovely property - super comfy beds -responsive helpful host -hot tub - host refunded my cleaning fee upon request -great location - stocked kitchen tools - perfect for groups with lots of kids who don’t want to worry about them breaking something/ getting bored Cons -Cleaning crew had not cleaned after last guests when we arrived, Jacqui called them and they were there within a few hours but disruptive start to our stay, inconvenient for friends who had travelled from far away and wanted to rest when we arrived - only 1 bathroom stocked with generic brand toiletries -cleaning crew took towels so we had 7 towels for 9 people, had to reuse wet and dirty towels until host had more delivered the last night of our stay - outdoor room so dirty we didn’t use it - two people slipped on broken first step of back patio - kitchen was super disorganized overall I think it needs some TLC and could be GREAT, it just needs deep clean and organizing

The home is very nice. I do highly recommend getting your stairs redone, the last step is broken and one of my friend's twisted her ankle on it. We wanted to use the grill but it was very dirty and the gas in the tank was almost empty. We were able to find an inside grill pan and grilled our meat. Thank you for allowing us to use your home

We came here for a couple of evenings with another family and it was a perfect spot. Great for kids with wide open space to play outside. Great kitchen and dining table for everyone to eat together.

This was my family's second time staying at Jacqui's home-- it did not disappoint and fulfilled our fond memories of our first trip there. The huge kitchen and plentiful seating worked out perfectly for our big brood. There are many beds for everyone and my husband and I were even able to fit a pack n play in the primary bedroom for our toddler. The hot tub was just the cherry on top! Thank you, Jacqui, for another relaxing getaway!
