joyous view, excellent location, away from noise, this home embraces you with lovely n plentiful details from melinda n gene. fresh fryit, sida, wine, pastries are tokens in a house that exceeds in homeliness, design, privacy and oh the pool! heaven, thank you so. will come back

Look no further - this place is INCREDIBLE. Gene&Melinda were responsive throughout the entire process, and provided us some food/drink. They were away during our stay, & I wish we could have met them! Property = DREAM, we felt so lucky to be able to stay there. This was the best trip we've been on, although we are biased - because we got ENGAGED during our stay, at Hierve el Agua :))) So being able to come back home to this property felt SO special. When we told Gene and Melinda they sent over a bottle of wine for us to celebrate! At one point the water heater needed fixing, & when we let them know they worked it out with their friend to get it fixed within the hour. The 1 hiccup to this place was finding it - the address provided sent us to the wrong area, but when we contacted their friend who was going to show us around he sent a pin and easy peasy. I would recommend renting a car if you book here, you wouldn't want to stay here without one. 5 STARS MUCHAS GRACIAS GENE Y MELINDA

Melinda and Gene's place is a pure dream. Never have I stayed in an Airbnb so well-appointed. The kitchen has everything you need to make absolutely anything. So many Airbnbs these days are built quickly and cheaply to turn a profit - Melinda and Gene's place is the exact opposite: each day I felt I was in a carefully and artfully created guest house built for hosting beloved family members. The entire property is beyond stunning and peaceful. Though I didn't meet Gene, I -did- get to meet Melinda, who is a peerless host: so kind and accommodating and generous. I can't wait to return.

El lugar es hermoso y con muchas plantas y árboles, y los ventanales del estudio tienen una vista increíble hacia los árboles del jardín. El estudio estaba muy equipado y además los anfitriones tuvieron la cortesía de incluirnos fruta, jugos, vino y algunos otros alimentos básicos en su refrigerador. La alberca muy agradable y estuvo libre casi todo el tiempo. Nuestra estancia fue sumamente cómoda en el estudio, volveríamos sin dudarlo.
