This cozy and beautiful new home offers large windows for a bright and peaceful space. You will appreciate beach themes in every room, along with a farmhouse style and barn features. Located across the street from the Saco River and nestled beside Ferry Beach State Park, it's only a 10 minute walk to Bay View Beach. Don't miss the beautiful evening sunsets from the front porch to end your perfect day in Maine. This beautiful home offers a bright and relaxing space, close to several beaches and restaurants. With gorgeous views and safe sanitization practices, you will feel comfortable and relaxed during your entire stay. We provide a parking pass to Ferry Beach State park. But if you prefer walking to the beach, a pull wagon is available in the garage, along with two cruising bicycles.

Nice clean home. Everything is new and updated. It's great having central air. Space outdoors for kids to play.
Linda was a wonderful host. She was very attentive and we appreciated the warm welcome and attention to details. The house is beautiful and in an excellent location. We highly recommend staying here when you are in the area.
Linda's house was SPOTLESS and the perfect space for my family vacation. There were plenty of bath towels, washcloths, and separate beach towels. We were able to use her extra beach chairs and beach wagon as well as the Ferry State beach pass which saved us money every day! The location is great and is easy to get to many amazing restaurants and entertainment. We would definitely book this house again!
We absolutely love this place and have already started planning our return. The photos do not even begin to do justice on how beautiful this place is. The home was very clean and well stocked. Our hosts were so nice and communicated all the way thru. Thanks so much for renting to us for our family vacation!

Enjoy this quiet and beautiful neighborhood that is a short walk to Ferry Beach State Park or Bayview beach. The neighbors are very quiet, respectful and friendly.
We provide a parking pass to Ferry Beach State park. But if you prefer walking to the beach, a pull wagon is available in the garage, along with two cruising bicycles.
If venturing out a bit further, catch the trolley at one of it's 40 designated stops. Trolleys run daily 10 a.m. to midnight, Mid-June to Labor Day.
Limited schedule: May, September & October - $2.00 per person per ride.
Children 5 and under ride free when accompanied by an adult.
