The place was great - very walkable, easy to find, and the check-in instructions and helpful tips for parking made getting to the unit a breeze. It was as advertised, but one small tweak would make this place really amazing. The bed on the left (when facing them from the foot of the beds) has a massive divot in the mattress. My friends rolled towards each other all night and slept poorly. Thankfully, we were able to swap beds and I slept in the hole, while they had a much more comfortable experience on the other mattress. There was virtually no noise from Canal, which is insane because of how close you are to that major street. You could occasionally hear people walking above, but it's an old building so "neighbor noise" is to be expected. I would definitely stay again if I knew that the mattress had been replaced. The host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. At the end of the day, we really enjoyed our stay! The location for the price can't be beat.

The location was an easy walk to the French Quarter and fairly quiet. The one mattress was sinking in the center making it very uncomfortable.

The apartment I stayed in was comfortable and spacious. Beds were comfortable and although in a busy part of town, there was almost no street noise. The location was a short walk to a conference I attended at the Marriott on Canal Street. It only took me a few minutes to get from the apartment to the conference hotel. The apartment was located on a little side street that has a number of restaurants and bars but the closest one is only open for breakfast and brunch so it was remarkably quiet in the vicinity of the apartment whereas just a block away the street is nearly always bustling with activity.
