We absolutely loved staying here. We enjoyed the back patio a lot. There is so much to see and do in the area. Would definitely love to come and stay again in the future!

CLEANEST HOUSE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN! I loved the fresh scent when I walked in, the beds were made immaculately and everything was pristine clean. The outdoor area was so nice with string lighting, fire pit, grill and seating. House sleeps a large group which is amazing for families and groups of friends. We’ll definitely book with Royall Stays again!

Cute house (not luxurious), but 2.5 baths maybe not enough for 7 women. Comfy beds but no luggage racks, extra hooks or surfaces like dressers to place clothing, so ended up using carpeted floor in addition to closets (where present ). Not enough wine glasses or coffee mugs for 7. Upstairs 5th bedroom with single beds has no door or curtain for privacy, which I did not notice in listing. Second floor tub doesn’t drain properly. Backyard space beautiful !Living room and kitchen spacious and comfortable for 7 of us. Very clean house (except under living room couches) and Alex very responsive. Checkin very easy. Checkout completely stress free. Great location for access to downtown Charleston and Daniel Island. Easily could achieve higher rating with a few easy improvements.
