The apartment is conveniently located, with supermarkets and restaurants a short walk away. You’re in a tranquil beachfront haven, yet also close to Marbella’s vibrant city center. Welcome to our 3-bedroom apartment, thoughtfully designed to offer you both comfort and convenience during your stay. As you enter, you’ll notice the spacious open-plan living and dining area, perfect for sharing meals or enjoying an evening in. The separate, fully-equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. Step onto your private balcony and enjoy a side sea view that brings in the soothing scents and sounds of the ocean. It’s an ideal spot for sipping your morning coffee or simply watching the world go by. Our apartment offers two well-appointed bathrooms, making it easier to get everyone ready and out the door for a day of exploration or relaxation. Each of the three bedrooms is comfortably furnished, ensuring you a restful night’s sleep. Plus, with full air-conditioning, you can retreat from the Andalusian heat whenever you wish. For added convenience, our building is equipped with a lift, making it easy to access your home-away-from-home, no matter how much you’ve packed. And when you’re not at the beach, which is just a stone’s throw away, you can take advantage of the complex’s seasonal pools, set amid lush Mediterranean gardens. When it comes to exploring the local area, you’re in luck. Supermarkets and a variety of dining options are just a short walk away, so whether you prefer to cook at home or eat out, you’ve got plenty of choices. Water restrictions have now been eased across the region so we expect the communal pools will be in operation throughout the season.

I have to say that our stay was amazing. Jason and his wife are very helpful. They were there for us all the time. They usually answered our texts within couple of minutes and they were very keen on making our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is not brand new but it is very comfortable and nice. There is also a swimming pool which was cleaned every single day. It is also right on the beach. The beach is quite big and there are also some bars and restaurants. There is a lot to do!! We rented a car and it was the best idea. You can really see a lot in this place!!!
We had the best time during our stay. The Airbnb was right on the beach and also had a gorgeous pool. The Airbnb itself was perfect, it had everything we needed. Jason was an incredible host, he responded quickly to any questions we had. Would highly recommend for a gorgeous sun holiday

Solid location. If you’re looking for lots and lots of activity and restaurants outside the door, this is not your place. If you’re looking for a wonderful beach vacation on a great beach, this IS your place! The host was terrific in communication, and we enjoyed the pool and the beach greatly! A great place for a relaxing vacation.
I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Jason and the apartment was fantastic. The A/C worked very well (not that we needed it—weather was great!), it was stocked with essentials, comfortable beds, great view, peaceful (on the quiet end of the boardwalk), nice pool, respectful neighbors, great restaurants in walking distance in a range of budgets, lots of activities, easy to get a cab (we didn’t move our cars for two weeks), walkable to the downtown/lively side of the boardwalk, and the boardwalk makes a great running trail. We were six and get comfortable. Jason is 100 % responsive and very kind.
