ZZ's Nest is a rustic looking cabin with all the modern amenities we needed. It is also spacious. It is a quiet and peaceful place with plenty of privacy. what we love about it is the family history that is apparent in the decor. The place is also very clean and well maintained inside and out and the grounds are gorgeous. You can tell that is cherished and well taken care of. It's a great place to relax and rest. We slept very peacefully. There is a store within walking distance that also has gas and hot food. There is also lots of places close by to explore and the surrounding mountains are amazing. Joni our host was extremely helpful with her knowledge of the area. She made sure to inform us that there is lack of cell service so she made sure we took screeshots of the directions and property codes. She took the time to inform of ahead of time of the local attractions, places to eat and local wineries. We're definitely returning to ZZ's nest.

ZZ's nest was a great place to spend a week. It was cozy and private. It was a great home base to hike trails in the area.

Very nice stay. It is in a great area for hikers who want to explore the GA area of the Appalachian Mountains. We had no issues and it was super nice to relax in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Definitely recommend!
