Our routine bmx race weekend turned into a mini vacation for our family at this cabin! Absolutely love this place and location. Pictures do not do it justice. Very clean and smelt amazing!! Everything was neat and organized, easy to find, and they even went above and beyond providing some extra amenities that I wasn’t expecting and haven’t seen anywhere else- it truly felt like home. It was quiet, peaceful, waking up to that beautiful view of the lake, and having breakfast and dinner with that view was amazing.

Quiet, except for the geese and swans (!!), and relished the two beautiful sunrises. Only teeny issue--our fault really--we forgot table salt and ran out. Comfy beds!

The pictures don't do this cute little cottage justice. Super clean and comfortable. Beautiful location on the lake. We were in the area for a funeral and wanted something more peaceful than a hotel. This more than fit the bill. We really appreciated how responsive Cassandra was to messages and making sure we had everything we needed. We would love to visit during warmer weather when we could utilize the dock and the outdoor seating areas.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is cozy and while the weather was too chilly for getting out on the water, the view of the lake was lovely. We did some great hiking at the Mille Lacs State Wildlife Management Area which was about 45 min from the cabin.
