I'm not sure if the host's last name is Timothy, or if that is the name of one of the owners, but either way, this couple was THE sweetest couple I've met in a while. They were so lovely when we got there I had mistakenly made reservations for the next day, and they hurried to ensure that we were accommodated for the Friday we arrived! The house was immaculate, and there were snacks everywhere! They provided a light breakfast and freshly baked cookies. It was like the DoubleTree Hotel, Home Edition. They were wonderful hosts and I will stay there again whenever I'm in Waco.

Lovely is the word that best describes our stay at Tim and Cindy's place. The area is quiet, peaceful, and welcoming. We walked the neighborhood, drank coffee on the porch, and enjoyed the gardens. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Tim and Cindy!
