New Romney, Littlestone, Greatstone all link together in this quiet coastal area of Kent.
With a choice of a pebble beach or sand, popular with families, couples, cyclists, bird watchers, fisherman, dog walkers and water sport enthusiasts.
There is a friendly well stocked Spar with a post office and Chinese takeaway within a 10 minute walk (google maps) and New Romney has all the local amenities you need with independent butchers, bakery, fruit & veg shop, coffee shops, cocktail bar, pubs, micro pub and various independent shops to browse. Bike hire is also available 7 days a week.
If you don’t feel like cooking there is a good selection of restaurants and takeaways - fish & chips, Indian, Greek, Italian, Turkish and pizza restaurants most of which deliver.
If you want to explore this area of Kent there is easy access by car or bus to Dungeness, RSPB wildlife trust, RH&D Railway, Dymchurch, Hythe, Folkestone, Ashford, Canterbury and Dover is only a 45 minute drive away.
There is also a pathway/ cycle way from Littlestone to Hythe.
We have regular bus services, which offer a good service to many of the surrounding towns including to the medieval town of Rye.
Littlestone golf course is a 9 minute walk from Seagull's Rest (google maps).
There is plenty to explore all year around from wind surfing to bird watching, fishing or walking.
