Set on the edge of a quiet, small and friendly caravan park just a 300m gentle walk to the unspoilt sea shore, with choice of sandy or pebbly beaches and some wonderful and unique walks. This modern 'van gives you a special, comfortable and cosy place to relax and recharge. Centrally heated and double glazed. With an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. 2 bedrooms each with storage; one with ensuite WC. French windows open out onto decking so you can get the most from the rural outlook. The park has a wonderful coffee shop/cafe, a flying fox and playground, and laundry and drying facilities should you need them.

The caravan is modern, clean,tastefully furnished , comfortable and very well equipped. It has a beautiful view over the fields which can be enjoyed from the deck which leads out from the French doors in the living area. The site is lovely; small and quiet and very well maintained, very relaxing. A short walk to the beach.Mike provides lots of great information to explore the local area. We had a great time and didn't want to leave. Would happily stay again and would recommend this as an excellent place to stay. Thanks Mike!
Just finished a short stay at Mike's. We had a peaceful stay here. If this place is available when you are looking to stay in this area, I would 100% recommend it. First of all, the Host Mike is very informative and friendly and comes across as a genuine nice guy! Secondly, the place, the caravan is located at the top right corner of the park where you have a field view and we saw sheep and horses in the distance. quiet when we were there and parking just outside across the grass. across the road from the hoy club and small park. inside the van, it's kitted out with everything you need to have a relaxed stay, plenty of space for a small family. Mike left some biscuits, milk and butter and plenty of spices, salt,tea,coffee bits in the van too, but what we liked the most was the freshness and smell of the van, the air freshners/fragrance were very pleasant. plenty of storage and essentials were accessible. To summarise, I don't think another caravan on this site would beat this one👍
This is our second stay at Mikes, we know the area well, it is literally across the road from the beach, there is a spar on the corner and plenty of takeaways available. It is especially perfect if you have a car as many places such as Romney, Hythe, Dymchurch, etc are only a short journey by car. The site itself is very nice and well kept, and there is a nice play area for children. We would highly recommend Mikes as a place to stay.

Mike's place was brilliant, picturesque views and the sea close by with a park opposite the caravan which was perfect for my children. Would definitely stay again. 👌

All close by are the uniqueness of Dungeness, Derek Jarman’s cottage and garden, sandy beach at Greatsones, shingle beach at Littlestones, ‘Sound Mirrors’, RSPB sanctuary, Romney Marsh, Royal Military Canal, Saxon Shore Way, Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Railway and many other things are nearby and walkable. A bit further afield its only a short drive to Rye, Winchelsea, Hastings, Dymchurch and Folkestone.
There's a well stocked SPAR minimarket and post office just 250m away.
To help you get the best out of your stay please feel free to borrow the many maps, guidebooks and walking and cycling routes plans etc which are all on the bookshelf.
Theres a regular bus service between Hastings and Folkestone which passes close by.
