We had three generations in our family during this stay and all felt it was a great choice. The open living/dining room area was perfect for dinners, games, and movies. Such a beautiful view of the bay too. Nice quality and comfortable furniture. We weren't sure about the bay vs ocean view but we ended up loving it. This house is right up to the water and the narrow, short beach during high tide. So fun to watch the tides come and go with seals playing in the water during higher tides. The deck is small but really nice. The "kids" (20-somethings) used the hot tub in spite of cold, wind and rain and loved it. The kitchen is a little small as we love communal cooking but we made it work. It was fairly well-equipped. The bathroom upstairs and one of the bedrooms is extremely small but served our needs. The stairways to the upstairs and master bedroom downstairs could use a hand-railing. The house was very comfortable and a good value. We'd definitely stay again!

What a great location and incredible price! We loved being so close to the water; being able to sit on the deck or use the hot tub and relax! Walkable to most places, and allowed us to travel up and down the coast to experience all the things! Hosts are communicative and kind, and the place had all the things we needed for the week! It was such a quaint and perfect cottage for what we needed!

My boyfriend and I had to best weekend here. It’s cozy and we felt right at home. Location was perfect… You could go into Newport or head towards yacht’s in minutes. The hot tub on the back deck was so nice. We definitely will be staying here again.
