Accurate description and spacious. Felix was proactive with helpful information and instructions. The off street parking was very helpful and convenient (Dodge Journey justttttt fit for scale). Would use again and recommend.

Really enjoyed having a garage. Driving a Prius made it usable. Anything larger would not fit.

The location was off the beaten path and had a garage space which was the main attraction to the apartment. Not the ideal environment for visiting main street Philly. We arrived at 2AM and entry was with keypad which was convenient and the directions to access were excellent. The apartment had the smell of marijuana and smoke. Couldn't tell if it was the apartment itself or from the attached apartments. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned better as there was hair on the toilet seats and the front of the toilet was stained with what seemed like urine. Also the smaller of the two bathrooms, next to the master bedroom, toilet seat seemed loose. Having said all this, it was nice to have a garage space and three bedrooms.
