Loved this house. It’s super comfortable and tastefully furnished. Nice appliances. Kim was very helpful and communicative. We walked a couple blocks to some awesome bars and restaurants. Great location. Would stay here again.

The house and location were very ideal for our short trip! The house was very clean and maintained, everything we could need was provided. Overall a wonderful little find for our group to stay at!

Very much enjoyed my stay here, it felt very much like home. Everything was just a short distance drive and very easy to navigate around. I would 100% recommend and use again

We had a great stay! The location was 10-15 minutes from EVERYTHING in Louisville! Great yard for our dog to play, she is indoor and outdoor, so she loved the ease of going in and out. The windows were low to the floor and she loved watching the squirrels! There were many unexpected extras, laundry detergent, trash bags, hand soap, bed linens, pillows and TOWELS for days! We were extremely comfortable for our stay. We did have a minor fuse issue, but they were responsive, helpful and got everything settled quickly!

We were in town for the Oaks. There were 6 of us - all adults plus one small dog. The home was beautifully remodeled and well laid out. We felt safe and secure within the neighborhood. We very much appreciated the two bottles of wine and sweet note upon arrival. Why there was no hairdryer or bar soap or body wash for the 1 shower is just beyond me. All 6 of us used hand soap from the kitchen to bathe with. Additionally from the first shower to the last the drain was slow and each person was standing in water up to their ankles. I checked about the hair dryer and soap and kim said both would be placed on back porch in the afternoon. When we arrived home, there were no items on the porch. Upon further inquiry, I was told they were in my bathroom where their service person had attempted to unclog drain. I didn’t know anyone was entering the home while we were gone and that just bothers me a great deal. For the price I paid, I expected the home to be fully stocked and ready.
