This place was perfect for what I needed. My room was nicely sized and had everything I needed. The bathroom was right down the hall, which was great. Marina gave very helpful instructions to get into the place, and was conscientious about checking in.

The room was really great. Check-in process was easy and communication with the host was pleasant. I will definitely book this place again if I come back to Philadelphia.

Great stay! I was just in town for a night with a friend & it was perfect for the price. Host was also very responsive and helpful

Marina and Aaron were VERY responsive and kind. I would get answers to any question within minutes! I was working a show at the convention and it was only three blocks away, very convenient if you just need a place to stay for then. The only issue that I had was with parking outside, which is none of the hosts fault. Just be mindful to find a good space staying at this lovely room.
