The place is easy to find. The room is large. But the equipment is not very good. It doesn’t have hair dryer and electric boil bottle. And there is stain on sheet. It is inconvenient for tourists. 房间很大，装修很好，但是没有吹风筒和热水壶，设施不齐全。床单有污渍。

We booked Rovins place for my husbands childhood bestfriends wedding. He’s from here, so he has family we could’ve stayed with, but wanted something more private and convenient… this was not. I’m not normally someone who complains or leaves a bad review but if I would’ve seen this honest review when I was booking, I might have thought twice. When we arrived the building is easy to identify. We used the code, and you’re in someone’s house. It smelled strongly of marijuana. We walked to down the first hallway to be startled by a women who lived there. She popped her head out of her room and said “please take your shoes off we don’t wear shoes in our house” so we had to stop, put all of our luggage down and take our shoes off for the 3 story walk up. We finally reached our room, unlocked the door and thankfully it was clean. When we came back after the wedding at 11pm, we were kept up by the extreme heat, and loud music and yelling outside. We left at 5:30am. Won’t be back.
