Chuck is an amazing host and the stay was trouble-free. Chuck is very approachable and a pleasure to talk to but he also respects your privacy. He felt like an old friend, a kindred spirit. And his dog Ike is so cool. If he sees you want to give him attention he will soak it up. He is a great reflection of Chuck. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and in a good location for quick trips to Wawa and Tim Horton’s and Lena’s Ice Cream (I think it’s seasonal). Chuck’s place is a definite recommend from me. But be ready when it’s time to leave you may feel a little sad like you’re moving away from a lifelong friend.

I’m sure you can find more modern places to stay in the area. You will struggle to find better priced places, but you will definitely not find a host that is more considerate and friendly with his guests. From the first communication to the last text message, Chuck has been more of a friend than a host. He is always available when you need him, and he cares for everybody under his roof, regardless of how long you stay. Most of his recent customers live there for years and that should be all you need to know about how he runs his Airbnb. The location is perfect for someone who doesn’t want to live in the city but still be close to it. The dog is the sweetest canine ever. Easy parking on the street, and occasionally you even get offered amazingly delicious food. Sure, it’s not all perfect, but what is? On the rare occasion of a room opening up, and that is rare, whoever gets it is one lucky fellow.

Chucks place was excellent. The room was clean and orderly. The bathroom was extremely clean at all times. Chuck was extremely flexible with check in and check out as I had some major travel plans change. Exactly what a traveling professional or student in the area would be looking for.

I loved everything about this place, the house is very clean and tidy, the room is very comfortable and cozy, the dog is very friendly and playful, Chuck and Sara are very friendly and helpful and welcome you into their home. I recommend this place and I hope to return very soon.
