Wonderful place to stay and exactly what we were looking for. With five couples, we all wanted our own bathroom so this place was perfect. We had previously stayed in Perugia and enjoyed that but this time we wanted a rural setting a bit out of town. Still centrally located to the towns we wanted to visit. The road was a bit rough but if you want seclusion, this is to be expected. Having the pool was also a treat. We will come again. Thanks to our hosts and father Umberto for being so helpful.

Vi havde nogle fantastiske dage i huset og var helt vilde med huset, haven og området. Det var magisk. Bruno var sød og god til at kommunikere. Vi fik nøglerne af hans far, som var meget venlig. Det var alt i alt en virkelig god oplevelse, og vi vil anbefale andre at booke hos Annale og Bruno, hvis de skal til Umbrien.

We had the most wonderful time in this place ; we were a group of 6 adults and 2 children , and we loved Bruno s beautiful house ; the house is beautifully set in an amazing natural location ; beautiful view on the hills , amazing sunsets , beautiful pool ; communication was super easy and Bruno s charming father very welcoming and helpful ; as others suggested make sure you have a good car because of the small rocky roads , but it s worth the effort when you will find this enchanting place ! Highly recommended

We were a group of 10 people and truly enjoyed our week at Annale & Bruno’s place. The villa and especially the pool were even better than they looked on the photos. The road to the house is quite bumpy and hilly, so definitely recommend renting a car (ideally SUV) to get up there. Communication with Bruno was amazing, he was super responsive at any time of the day. We can highly recommend this Airbnb, the perfect spot for an idyllic summer vacation with a bigger group of family & friends!

We chose the villa to decompress and let our three young kids adjust to the time difference before taking on Rome. This was the perfect place to do it. The pool and it’s view are stunning, the house is charming and very clean, and Bruno was incredibly responsive (we briefly lost electricity when a storm rolled through and his dad immediately drove up with additional flashlights) and helpful with bookings. You may want to rent an SUV, as it’s a long unpaved road up to the villa and our rental station wagon was a bit low to the ground for some of the dips and the ground gate latch. Only slight drawback was no coffee filters after long travels with young kids, but of course, Bruno’s dad was quick to the rescue once again and dropped some off! Highly recommend this property and hosts.
