It was a very peaceful stay. My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights, a quick getaway/reset for his birthday & Emmye & Seth’s place was perfect for what we needed. They left clear instructions and even recommendations for things to do around the area. It is really close to Desoto State Park so we hiked there and seen the waterfall.

What a fantastic tiny home in Mentone, Alabama. Exactly as pictured, love the space in the bathroom, but if you’re a little over 6 feet tall? Well then, you’ll make do. The owners of the tiny home, cleverly used all of the space with the 318 ft.² to accommodate so much storage space Had cooking utensils, silverware, plates, coffee cups, and even a cast-iron cooking pan, great for those who know how to use one and keep it seasoned ? But unfortunately, the guest before did not , lol. Loved the dog park, and right beside was a lighted area with Adirondack chairs and fire pits. Cute little neighborhood, private, felt safe the entire time . Very close to all of the restaurants like the Wildflower Café, Little Cabin Village, also within 20-30 mins of both De Soto State Park/Falls and Cloudland Canyon State Park . Great Place ♥️ A++

Peaceful, cozy and clean! Loved the trees surrounding the property. Cozy linens and comforts. Wonderful stay there! A few minutes from cute little shops and restaurants.

Perfect place for a quick trip! My Husband and I stayed two nights with our two dogs. It was a little cramped with the four of us but we made it work. We appreciated that there were actual stairs that led up to the loft, as we’ve stayed in a tiny home in the past with a metal ladder. My husband really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub especially after running his ultramarathon. The neighborhood is cute and we love that there is a dog park! The only thing I would be aware of if you’re bringing dogs is that there are farm dogs (Great Pyrenees) that like to wander the neighborhood and you’ll probably hear them barking in the middle of the night (but we’re used to that because we used to have one lol). Overall a great stay and we would consider renting again if we are ever back in the area!
