We were looking for a place to stay near to the tram line so could get into centre of city quickly and easily. This place was perfect for this, near to 2 main tram stations with free parking, and a great store at one of them, for picking up essentials on way home. The place had a little coffee shop in one of the neighbouring buildings which was perfect for me when i needed a coffee break. The home was spotlessly clean, no clutter of furniture etc. Parking was very easy and secure with the gate etc. The only minor issue was that its close proximity to the main road meant that sometimes it was backed up with traffic to get to the place and also was always a bit of road noise. However totally not a deal breaker just something we got used to very quickly. Would recommend to anyone :)

We liked the private parking space and the proximity by car to Villa Constanza tram station. The kitchen is not that well equipped and has no coffee machine. What really bothered us was that there was no hand soap, not enough toilet paper for 4 nights and the towels were stained and smelly (and some hair in the bathroom). There were also no shampoo and shower gel and that I can accept, but one cannot expect guests to bring hand soap from home. Nevertheless, Rosy was usually responsive and eventually helped us with a special request.

Aunque no está en el centro en general el transporte es muy sencillo. Así que estuvo bien ubicado. Bien aseados y dotación del apartamento. Tuvimos unas buena celebración de fin de año.
