Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, Simone est très réactive lorsque nous avons eu des questions ce qui est très appréciable. L’appartement est excentré du centre ville mais le bus à 300m permet de rejoindre Florence en environ 30min, et de bénéficier du calme du quartier.

Simone's place was great and he is an amazing host. the apartment is located in San Doninno, which is about 20 mins by car from the center of Firenze. Plenty of parking spaces available all around the apartment area made our life way easier, as we rented a car. The apartment has all necessary amendments, including A/C in the bedroom. The access to the roads is easy and for us, it was great to have refugee from the crowded Firenze once our tours there were over. the apartment is very close to Via Pistoiese, which has markets and restaurants. Great stay and further to that, Simone is an impeccable host, always replying fast and giving us clear instructions and great suggestions (Acquaterra is a must!).

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le logement est très fonctionnel et le balcon est plaisant. Simone répond à toutes nos questions rapidement et il donne de bonnes indications pour accéder au logement. Le centre de Florence est accessible facilement en bus. 👍

Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen, wenn wir wieder in der Nähe wären. Kann man nur empfehlen. Simone ist eine äußerst nette und sehr schnelle Vermieterin.
