L'alloggio offre tutti i servizi indicati ed è facilmente raggiungibile coi mezzi, in quanto la fermata del bus per il centro città è molto vicina. A qualche minuto a piedi è presente anche la stazione dei treni. In zona è presente un centro commerciale. L'host è stato sempre disponibile e ci ha permesso un orario di check in flessibile. Soggiorno molto piacevole.

Mi sono interfacciata con il figlio di Giovanni, Stefano che si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile. Questa è la seconda volta che sono ospite loro e devo dire che mi sono sentita a casa e sicura. Sono arrivata in treno e non ho avuto bisogno della macchina perchè la stazione è vicina. Se avessi necessità di tornare, non esiterei a rivolgermi nuovamente a loro.

Tutto bene. L'alloggio corrispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione. La zona, decentrata e quindi molto tranquilla, è però ben collegata al centro sia tramite FS sia tram/bus. Si trova parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze facilmente. Host cortese e disponibilissimo.

El alojamiento es tal cual como se ve en fotos y como está descrito. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar por varios días, e ir en tren o en carro a Florencia o a pisa a turistear. Al llegar tuvimos un inconveniente con el baño, pero fue resuelto el mismo día de manera rápida y eficiente. Siempre tuvimos comunicación con Estéfano y fue muy amable.

It is a good sign when you walk into a place and say wow. It is another good sign to then spend the rest of the stay speculating as to what this building once was. Impossibility high ceilings, high enough for six feet of headroom on the mezzanine, and huge foot thick walls made this into quite the holiday let. We were perfectly comfortable and provided many amenities including a full kitchen which oh so neatly folds away into a cupboard. There is a washing machine, a desk, a TV and a sofa bed, ample storage, and again it is a good sign when you could see yourself living there permanently. But alas, temporary things end, and our only criticism was regarding checkout, where a message from our host about when exactly we would be leaving felt a little too much like a shove out the door. But, aside from that, Giovanni and his son with whom we communicated were available and prompt with responses, and we very much felt welcome and at home.
