Sadly unable to stay full week but wonderful community spirit, fantastic walks and enjoyed good eating in nearby Tobermory. Cafes in Salen also noteably good and a well stocked Spar. Not a place to rush about in so good to plan in advance. Walk in Calgary area (past Whisky Cave) and boat trip to Fingells Cave memorable. Graham's cottage comfortable, cosy and maintained to a high standard. We hope to return.

Beau séjour dans cet adorable cottage, confortable et bien équipé. au cœur de Salen, proches des commodités : magasins et bus (nous étions sans voiture) ce qui nous a permis de profiter des promenades à pied et en bus (départ pour Iona par exemple). Merci à Graham

Snall, but Cosy house. A good property to return to the Cragnuire (Ferry terminal) to Oban. Check out the folder on top of the DVD player for things to do. The neighbours to the right are both very friendly and are happy to chat. Look out for the deers across the road in the garden late at night, a great view!! Also go down towards the pier at the campsite to hire Kayaks.
