Enjoy summer, fall or the holidays in a great location on the North Shore. This unfussy, comfy, 2nd fl. apartment is centrally located on a quiet side street off of downtown. 3BR, big kitchen, off street parking. A short walk to the train depot with access to Salem, Boston or Cape Ann. Stroll to beaches or a vibrant downtown with a fun arts and food scene! Check out Salem, local museums, drive the shore, enjoy the views and discover all the "gold coast" has to offer. Let's book it! This charming place is a second floor 3 BR apartment on a quiet side street just off of downtown in hostoric Beverly. It offers plenty of room for family to visit but folks can have their own space. Furnishings are simple and clean. The kitchen is large and equipped. A five minute walk to the commuter rail with trains to Salem, Boston or points north- Cape Ann or Newburyport. A short stroll to a vibrant downtown with a fantastic food scene and plenty to do. With all of the seasonal events in the area this place makes a central and convenient home port! A bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with two twin beds and a smaller bedroom with one twin bed. Fully furnished with off street parking for two cars, washer and dryer in basement, hardwood floors, dishwasher, AC in summer,(AC's are window units, smallest room has a fan) smart TV and wifi. An outdoor sitting area too. We are convenient to routes 128, 95, 1 and about 20 minutes from 93. Beverly is a fun foodie town with a lot of interesting restaurants, coffee shops, etc. from Italian to Indian, Thai and more all within a walk of the apartment. The train depot is just a five minute walk down the street- go to Boston or Salem or travel north to Gloucester, Rockport or Newburyport. We can clue you into some great spots off the beaten path. Whatever your interest, you will find something here, art, architecture, boats, beaches, history and more. (did I mention food?) There is a movie theater and concert hall, beaches, a beautiful public library, great parks and playgrounds and museums all within a ten minute walk. There is something for the whole family along with plenty of room to stash a bicycle or kayak. We are always willing to offer suggestions and tips to help you have a wonderful stay. I have a book with plenty of suggestions. I'm very proud of my reviews! One thing we try not to do though is get in your way. You're here for a vacation, not to make a new best friend. Beverly is a lovely town and Aurelia's knowledge of the North Shore was fun and helpful. There were so many options to choose from when it came to sightseeing, dining, and activities. We took the train into Boston for a day of walking, trolley-touring, and dining. Another day we drove along the scenic coastal byway further North and around back to Beverly. In Salem we enjoyed Wild Coyote's nachos and cocktails. We spent most of one day at Aurelia's peaceful Airbnb, which gave our family of 4 more than enough space to spread out and rest. We ended the relaxing day exploring the nearby shops on Cabot Street, just a block away. I highly recommend Mass Audobon's Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary, just 20 minutes from Beverly. It was beautiful and interesting, especially for those of us less familiar with New England's flora and fauna.
We had come to Beverly a few times since my daughter attended college close by. Aurelia’s place was perfect for our last trip on my daughter’s graduation. The place was clean, she was very responsive with every message. The place is about 10 minutes walk to the beach, and lots of restaurants and good places to visit. Definitely a great place to stay.

This was the perfect spot for visiting my daughter at Endicott College. 6 minute drive from campus; 10 minute drive to Salem; 10 minute walk to the beach. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and convenience stores. Aurelia was extremely friendly and responsive. The space was clean and comfortable has everything you need. The free washer and dryer was extremely helpful for my extra long stay and one of the main reasons I chose this AirBnB. The price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location. Walk everywhere, access to public T, Close to the water. There is a rich and interesting food scene downtown. Beaches and parks, A movie theater, concert hall, live music, yoga studios, awesome library, museum, galleries, coffee shops, independent bookstore, natural food store, vegan restaurant, high end restaurants and more all within a walk from the apartment. And Salem with all that offers is just about a mile down the street.
Commuter rail is just down the hill. Shuttle bus stops at the end of the street. Car rental agency just a few steps from the train. The place includes off street parking as well.

I am passionate and very knowledgeable about the North Shore. I can give you great ideas and a lot of history as well as suggestions for things that are off the beaten path. I also feel the the best hosts are there when you need them but not in your way. You are here to have a great visit- not to aquire a new best buddy. So I try to attune my involvement with guests to their vibe, So far it's worked well. My husband and I have worked in construction and design- we rebuilt the houses that we rent out, culinary and catering fields- clam bakes are a specialty, and the arts. Currently I work for a radio station and Bob does consulting in the building trades. We have two grown up daughters and a wonderful son in law and outstanding grand son! Over the years through airbnb and other sites and marketing we have hosted people from all over the world it is a real pleasure to host people. I enjoy it very much.
