We loved the cabin and the breathtaking view! Being from the south we were expecting heat and humidity but it was fresh and cool with only the fans blowing…to be honest both my husband and I could breathe without having sinus issues. Dev was such a sweet host and the cabin was beyond our expectations! Would highly recommend to anyone!

My partner and I stayed at Dev's cabin and it was wonderful! The deck is big and surrounded by trees - we spent a lot of time up there reading, doing yoga, and watching the wildlife (we saw 3 deer from the deck and tons of birds and chickarees!). The cabin was cozy. It was clear that Dev and her family put love into the place and are enthusiastic about sharing the cabin with others. It really felt like they'd thought of everything - they even had sheets labeled and an air mattress to sleep on the deck if you want to enjoy the stars. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans/sharp knives. We were centrally located (it felt like we were 15-30 min. drive to all kinds of lakes, hiking trails (Big Trees State Park) and even a good bar and a few markets). Dev's "Guest Book Guide" had a lot of good recommendations. We would definitely stay again.

My family was so comfortable in this cozy cabin. We loved the way the kitchen, dining room and living room were all connected and faced out to the huge deck. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook meals at the cabin. We loved sitting out on the deck, reading or playing games, every morning and evening. There was a great stack of games to play! The area is beautiful, close to Big Trees and it was great to have the river just a short drive away. We would definitely stay again!

Dev was great, very responsive, and her home is the perfect getaway. Highly recommend, will definitely come back!
