The views are great and the space is amazing. There is music playing from across the street at a rooftop bar some nights. Just something to consider.

I’m almost afraid to write this glowing review because everyone will want to stay in this spectacular place! But it is spectacular- everything from the location, decor, amenities, management, communication, comfort to the smallest detail is well considered and lovely. Ralph was wonderful as was his manager, Angel- so accommodating and kind. This is a fabulous apartment and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much Ralph!!

Ralph's place is beautiful as depicted by the photos. It is very centrally located, close to all the nice restaurants and the beach. The rooftop pool was amazing, clean and the best place to hangout during the hot humid days in August. We met some great neighbors and visitors during our stay there. The place was very well stocked with towels, kitchen stuff, plenty of toilet papers/paper towels and even came with a full bag of ice on top of the ice maker in the fridge! Aside from a small miscommunication issue with the property manager, everything went smoothly. Ralph was quick to respond to any questions and concerns I had and was very patient with me. I would definitely stay there again next time I visit Puerto Vallarta!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The view couldn’t be beat. The shared pool area was lovely and we often had it to ourselves. The unit was spacious with a good layout, and it had everything we needed, including plenty of towels, bathroom necessities, and kitchen supplies. It was close walking proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Communication was prompt. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. What more could you ask for? Would definitely stay here again.

Despite a couple of hiccups–the AC stopped working my first day, but it was because the sliding doors weren't closed ALL THE WAY–& one afternoon the elevator stopped working (that's not good when you're on the 8th floor) but it was fixed quickly – despite these, my stay was excellent. The pictures don't lie – the sweeping view of the entire bay just can't be beat; the location is ideal, close to the heart of Zona Romantica and yet just far enough away to give peace. The showers that look out onto the expanse of sea and sky; the rooftop pool, a perfect spot for watching sunsets; a truly comfortable bed; a well-stocked kitchen; an enormous TV. What's not to like. Several reviews mention the loud music at the club across the way. It's true. And it never bothered me. At least in July it stopped each night by 10, and some nights it didn't happen at all. The best: watching an night-time electrical storm flash across that wide sky, lightning in the clouds so dramatic it took my breath away.
