My overall experience at John’s place was absolutely amazing, My family and I enjoyed every minute of the peaceful atmosphere, not to mention John was very helpful and always a phone call or text away, I will recommend any one to stay here if you are looking for a Very well maintained peaceful family home, everything we needed plus more, If there is a time that I’m in Lewes Delaware I’m definitely booking John’s place again.

This property was perfect for our weeklong stay. John was very responsive to our questions and accommodating to our requests! His place was immaculately clean and well equipped…we felt at home as soon as we walked in. We plan to book this when we visit the area again.

I can’t say enough positive things about Johns place in Lewes, Delaware! Check in was easy and John was extremely responsive through text the entire week. Upon entering the home we found it to be completely spotless with every amenity provided. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the TV had subscriptions to every streaming app!! This was a very nice touch after a long day at the beach! The house is in a quiet, safe community and is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful shared pool. My 4 y/o and 2 y/o loved running around the large back yard and frog catching in the pond across the fence. The house is about a 15 minute drive to Lewes beaches and 20 min drive to Rohoboth boardwalk. The drive to both was easy and it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the towns. This was an indisputable 5 star experience and can’t wait to go back!!!

John’s place was fantastic for our family. All the amenities that you could ask for, very clean, quiet, yet still close to everything that Lewes/Rehoboth has to offer. Will definitely be looking to rent from John again.
