I stayed here for 6 weeks and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The space was safe and private. It had a beautiful view out the window, that you could also enjoy from plenty of seating in their well-maintained backyard. Karen and David were both kind and considerate, and the few minor things I needed help with didn’t seem like an inconvenience. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat, not only for the space itself and their kindness, but also to see their sweet little pup again!

The guesthouse was fantastic! Located in a quiet neighborhood tucked in the hills, we instantly feel transported on the drive over. It has the best of everything- convenient location to everything in San Diego with fantastic views from the yard and apartment. The size was very comfortable for our party of two and everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged. Karen and David were great hosts, very responsive to questions and even offered several different recommendations for restaurants in the area. I only wish I could have stayed longer and enjoyed the pool with the view!

I had a great stay at Karen and David's place. The views were unbeatable to wake up to. I had everything I needed for a one month stay while on a rotation at Rady Children's. The drive to the hospital in the mornings and at the end of the day was pretty good and it took me 20-25 min. The home was clean, had a nice walk-in closet, the bed was comfortable, and there was a desk for studying. I didn't use the pool, but the outside space is fantastic to relax on the weekends. Karen and David were super friendly hosts and I felt really safe staying in their home. I'd definitely stay agin.

Karen and David were great hosts! Super communicative and always on top of anything that came up. They were so accomodating. The view was amazing. I only wish we stayed in the sumer so we could have used the pool. It was a little too cold for us. Would definitely reccommend this place to anyone considering it.
