We had a great stay at Jason’s place. 1/2 block from the water and nice peek-a-boo views from the large living room. The rental had plenty of space for the two of us. The large kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals at home, and there is a dining room area just off the kitchen. The 2 bedrooms were great, comfortable beds, and we used one as a home office. And having two bathrooms is always a bonus. The unit is the entire upstairs of the property and the downstairs neighbor was very quiet and we never heard a peep. There is a large living room that has a comfortable sofa, the TV, the fireplace, a bumper pool table and another large game table. And as noted in the description, the stairwell is a bit narrow. Thanks very much and would stay again for another Cambria getaway!

We had a great time. The retro home was clean, comfortable and met all expectations. Well stocked supplies in kitchen and bathroom. The preserve boardwalk down a couple of streets was walkable with beautiful views and we were able to view the ocean less than a 2 min walk! Easy to bring your coffee and enjoy the views. We learned how to make jewelry at the local bead shop for a reasonable price and the local tea shop is not to be missed. Tide pool at north end of moon beach has a lot of star fish and moon stones to the left of stairs. Great sunset wine tasting views at Madeline’s on moonstone drive. Linn’s restaurant was delicious and family friendly! Our kids loved the bumper pool which we learned how to play and had an awesome time! We would stay here again! Perfect spot to explore Cambria l, San Simeon, Hearst Castle, elephant seals and Morro Bay with sea otters!

Our stay was mostly comfortable. It was a great location for easy access to the coast and Route 1. We also enjoyed the birds in the area! The accommodations were as described, and there was plenty of room for the two of us. The kitchen and pantry were extremely well-stocked, and Jason and Lisa were very thoughtful about making backup dinner arrangements for our first night arrival, since restaurants and grocery stores tend to close early in Cambria.

Our family of 4 loved our stay at this property. The hosts are extremely helpful and available for any questions providing very fast responses. The home is very well taken care of and all the amenities one would need for a week stay are present. The home is in a quiet neighborhood just a half block from an excellent ocean view and a few blocks from beach access. This is an upstairs unit so if you have trouble going up stairs keep that in mind. There is a resident below, so you should be mindful. We loved our stay and hope to return again soon.
