What a gem! I loved this place! Very close to a grocery store in a lovely neighbourhood. I would absolutely stay here again. I worked remotely from the suite and had no issues

I enjoyed my 4 weeks at Tommy’s place. It is perfect for a solo traveller on a budget. It is small, but very thoughtfully laid out. It has everything you need. It is clean, private, safe, comfortable. There are no bugs! The bed is cozy! The TV has a lot of free channels. I could login to my Netflix account. I really appreciated the water cooler/jug of water. It lasted my stay. The shower is nice/large. I ate out mostly but everything is there to cook with. The Bus stop is close by. 20-30 min walk to Kailua Town & beautiful beaches. The Habachi for poke! Over Easy for breakfast! Rise & Grind for Coffee! For laundry I went to the 24hr U-Wash-N-Dry Laundromat. I recommend it. You need quarters. As a solo woman travelling, I appreciated the safe, relaxed neighbourhood & my peaceful walks around the area & to town. Everyone was so friendly, including the neighbourhood dogs. I would stay here again if I come back to this area. Mahalo Tommy for offering an affordable, cozy, place to stay!

Tommy & Molly's studio is functional & nicely decorated. I enjoyed the 5g chilled water-dispenser, the bed is very comfy, a nice size smart-tv with lots of free channels to watch, a nice big shower, not a cramped-space. Great, safe neighborhood - Kailua has everything, including one of the nicest beach-parks on the island. I was also grateful for the fact that during my 6-week stay -i did not see not even 1 bug! Also, i appreciated that this place was not so over-priced as many of the simillar listings that i was looking. -- Mahalo nui to you Tommy & Molly for hosting me. i just finished up a 3 month stay at this place, and i loved every day of it!! it quickly felt like home with the room’s character and special touches. i used a lot of the amenities included such as the blender, the roku tv, and all of the dish ware/the convection oven. the bed was comfy enough & the fan normally was enough to keep me cool! the only difficult part was having to go into town for laundry. i loved the lanai & always parked my bike there. it is located in such a nice and safe feeling part of kailua where i always biked or walked everywhere. i loved this place so much & i know you will too!!
