Beautiful, peaceful stay in Tuscany! It was off the beaten path, but still easy to access all of the Tuscan towns on day trips (Siena, Pienza, Montelpuciano, Montelcino, etc.)! We loved our time and hope to return someday!

Very rural location with olive trees and wildlife although some road noise. Comfy beds. Lovely outside space. Great base for touring Tuscany and Umbria but take heed of Serena’s advice of the access track which is very uneven.

What an amazing place. Myself and my fiancée will definitely be coming back. The tranquility and solidarity is second to none. Situated in amongst trees as far as the eye could see with views from the back of the property like no other. Far enough from the main road that you won’t be disturbed by the noise, but close enough that you within a couple minutes or shops, cafés, restaurants… Serena made the stay ever so smooth and welcoming. She is always there when you need her with very clear and friendly instructions. Like many other people have recommended, choose your car wisely and follow Serena’s instructions with directions as the roads definitely fall under the bracket of country roads. ( or off roading if you like ) An amazing stay overall!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the balcony with a glass of wine. Cooking lovely Italian meals in the kitchen. It was perfect and Serena was so helpful!
