We stayed here for 3 nights with my family. If I could give them a negative star I would. I was beyond upset with the host SPI Rentals and the owner of the property. We arrived on Monday afternoon and automatically started hearing the horrible jackhammering noise from the neighbor's backyard, the neighbor decided to reconditioning their pool. The noise went for our whole stay from 8am-5pm while we were there. Remember we are here to relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean in the backyard but instead we are hearing all this construction going on next door. We notified SPI rentals and they said they didn't know and also owner wasn't aware of the situation which I think is BS because home has HOA, and the owner would have been notified of any construction done by their neighbor. Paying over 4k for three nights and not be able to sleep in and enjoy the place was a big letdown. Overall, this was a horrible experience for us travelling all the way from California.

This property gets three stars because it is in a gorgeous and private location, but the house itself had a lot wrong with it, considering the price. If SPI Rentals improved their communication and expectations, then we would have known what to expect. First, they make you go to a different location to pick up the key. Which is fine, a mild inconvenience with a small child, but nonetheless fine. Then, the listing is extremely misleading, we came for my moms 60th birthday and had some ADA accessibility issues. The photos say the secondary living area is on the second floor, this is false. The main living area is on the second level. Again, an inconvenience but we could have looked it over. The furniture in the house is falling apart and filthy. They don’t supply you with enough basic needs like toilet paper. The outdoor patio on the main level had two rocking chairs, nothing like the picture shows. The dishes they provide were helpful, but they didn’t mention it in the listing so we unnecessarily brought a bunch of stuff we didn’t need. There was no manual or guide for how to control the hot tub, which was cold when we got there. We turned it on and it was nice, but shuts off after sometime. Which probably is good because it saves energy, but we’d like to know how to work it instead of wasting time and energy figuring it out. Again, we paid over $1000 per night so I would expect an experience to match that price. Overall the house is stunning, but the poor communication and cleanliness of the host knocked this review down to 3 stars. I would expect more from a rental company.

This place is amazing!! Huge house! There were 10 of us staying for a family vacation and we never felt like we were on top of each other. We also stayed during spring break and the security of being in a gated neighborhood was very nice. Especially with having younger kids along. The pool came in great use with the weather not being so nice. It was heated and the hot tub was perfect. We all would stay here again!
