Absolutely beautiful property. Has TONS of room with the 10 people allotted, there is still plenty of room. We never felt squished. The beach is a short walk a way and the pool is loving. The amenities were great and we did not lack for anything. Would definitely rent again! The property is in a gated community which was an added bonus.
we loved our stay! Really the only downside was that the hot tub won’t heat. Would have def made it perfect but we had a fantastic time even without it!
The house was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay! We had lots of room for our group to spread out, and the location was great, with super easy access to the beach and both the north and south sides of the island. There were a lot of strict warnings and rules about the HOA, but we didn't run into any issues. Seems like they're really just trying to keep partiers out. If you're respectful, you won't have any issues. Loved the easy access to the beach, and the fact that we could reach a few bars and restaurants directly from the house, via a quick beach walk. Overall, a great property and would love to come back!
- conflicting emails received regarding check-in procedure. - gentleman at check-in office not very friendly - house could use a deep cleaning - hot tub did not heat or instructions by controls need to be updated - online pictures show 2nd washer/dryer upstairs which there isn't - pool bottom needs a resurfacing. One of the large chunks missing near the bench is sharp enough to cut someones foot. - could use more towels and better towels than the flimsey ones that were there. - would not rent this property again due to strict HOA rules.
What a wonderful experience. This residence was a worthwhile experience. Beautiful sites, and sounds from the ocean waves. SPI Rental’s staff were all helpful and exceed all expectations of the service I expected. The property was 5 star at its best and it was worth every minute spent there. I will certainly recommend this property and any other property managed by the SPI staff, they are certainly at the top of their game.
