Great place, plenty of space. Very accommodating for all the guests. Walking distance to the beach.

The house is older than it appears in the pictures. A lot of the furniture is very dated (mostly all sofas and the recliner chairs) and the place has that old house/moldy smell. The 3 grills on the property were very rusted with only 1 really usable. The outdoor shower to rinse after beach was disgusting. Had what looked like algae or mold and wood chips all over that area. Bathrooms very small except for maybe 2 of them. The upstairs deck definitely needs some work to bring it back to looking good. Afraid of getting splinters it walked on without shoes. Location was perfect though and rooms were good. The cost seems to be more for the location than the quality. For $1500 a night I would expect it to look and smell like a hotel. It was just older than expected. And that smell you just can’t get rid of.

First of all the check in time states 3 o’clock on the Airbnb website. The hostess did not reply and when we arrived at three the maids were still in cleaning from the previous guest. There was a lot of trash outside the house from the previous guest that didn’t get picked up for theee days, And there was only one trash can for a house that can sleep up to 28 people. The house reeked of mold in all three areas. There were maggot flies all over the apartments. One of the downstairs refrigerators leaked puddles of water every day and I had to use my personal towels to keep it mopped up and eventually quit working. Tried to reach the hostess left a message with the receptionist never got a call back. There were only two bath towels left in each bathroom. Some of my guests reported not having top sheets on the beds. The kitchen sink leaked into the dining room in the downstairs apartment. After a rain the roof on the second-story porch was leaking a colored fluid, presumably from the attic space. The pool was dirty and the pool light did not work at night, and the hot tub did not become hot. At sundown lights turned on at the pool area that lit up like a football field with no light switch to turn them off. The grills were not of working order we eventually went and bought charcoal. None of the TVs work properly, some of the lightbulbs were out, and the toilet leaks upstairs and smells of sewage was coming from upstairs. No pool skimmer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You would think for the money you pay per day these repairs could be made. There are no comments left on this house because the hostess removes them by deleting and relisting this house on Airbnb so I will be making a copy of this list of complaints and will be sending to the Airbnb site to let them know they have somebody renting this house in the condition that it is in without any prior notification.
