Just upstairs, the second level opens up to a beautiful open concept kitchen, living room and dining area. The kitchen features modern finishes and appliances, perfect for making those home cooked meals! The dining area has a picnic style table that can accommodate 6 guests, with additional bar seating that wraps around the kitchen from dining area to living area. The living room features a flat screen TV perfect for movie nights and game days! Off the living room, you have a large balcony that overlooks the pool with stairs that leads down to ground level. This balcony also provides a propane grill for you to enjoy cookouts with your friends and family! On the 3rd level, you will find as well as the Master Suite. The Master features a King size bed and flat screen TV. A gorgeous sitting area provides you with extra space to read a book, or watch your favorite shows and movies.
