We have been doing what our family called holiday house vacations for six years. This was by far the best yet. The home is beautiful, well equipped. The fishing, swimming and kayaking were wonderful. Having the kayaks, especially the Children’s kayak was a huge hit! The house was spotless, and Katrina was an amazing and responsive host. We are already looking to book it next year. Our family made lifelong memories which we will treasure. Thank you Katrina!

This place deserves 100 stars! It’s beautifully decorated, amazing location, has everything you want, and is immaculately clean! We loved having coffee in the morning with the sunrise, overlooking the lake. Afternoons were spent swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. It was so wonderful to have those provided After grilling out for dinner, it was lovely to sit around the campfire with s’mores and the stars. It’s really such a special place. I’m already looking forward to booking again for a family get away!

We really enjoyed having this home as our basecamp for a family get-away weekend on the lake and having some fun at nearby Bristol Mountain. Everything was perfect.

Wow what a fantastic home we enjoyed staying in for my daughter’s wedding weekend. Katrina has thought of everything to supply including a play pen, high chair, toys and firewood for evening s’mores. The open layout is large and allows for spreading out and the home is clean and comfortable. The morning sunrise and view of the lake is spectacular! Katrina responds to questions very quickly and her home deserves more than 5 stars. I plan to return to Canadaigua and stay again in this marvelous home.

Beautiful view and well appointed lake house. We enjoyed the easy access to the lake right out the back door. The basement play room and the closet of kid's toys were an added bonus. Love Canandaigua Lake and this gem of a home!
