Great place. Only gave it four stars because the host lives in the upstairs of the house, which is not mentioned. While the guest space is private, it's not a private vacation.

The house was great, pretty spacious and clean. The hot-tub was amazing, it was already set up and heated when we arrived, only had to pull the cover up. The airbnb had plenty of towels and amenities. Loved our stay.

We arrived well after nightfall; the driveway was a bit difficult to locate. In part, that was due to the privacy of the location. There's definitely some inside stairs you'll have to climb down to access the rooms on the lower level of the house. The layout of the place was a bit awkward but we made it work for the us two couples. After that we had a great time here. The hot tub was great located on the deck. The place was very private. We used the kitchen, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, refrigerator; everything performed well. The location on the lake was nice with the sunsets.

If you plan on staying here to use the hot tub, don't book it. The hot tub was non-functional and we tried to rectify it with the host, to which we received notice 'sorry, it's out of our hands'. We paid an additional fee for the hot tub, too. The place also had an ant infestation. Sadly, it would have been a perfect time because it's right on the water, but this was one of the reasons why we booked the house. I would not recommend.

This will be my very first bad Airbnb review because: 1-We were forced to sign docs. having nothing to do with the rental outside of the Airbnb site as a condition of getting check in info. 2-Property was pitch black and unlit when we arrived. 3-We rented a first floor unit but had to lug our bags down app. 20 steps to get in. My 65 year old husband was injured. 4-It was bug infested (beetles, flies, ants). I killed a bug on my lap mid-toilet. 5-No coffee for the Keurig, no iron and no blow dryer provided. 6- Basic kitchen items (coffee, salt/pepper and other spices, oil, trash/ziploc bags, food wrap, etc.) weren’t provided. 7- One bathroom had a hole in the wall plugged with toilet paper & all bedrooms needed a paint job. There were picture hangers all over from where pictures had been removed & not replaced. 8- Junk and garbage strewn around the property. 9- No wood provided for firepit down by lake. 10-Called Vacasa 2x for assistance. Neither rep. was remotely helpful.
