Efrain’s place was exactly what we needed, which was an affordable place close to downtown, as we wanted to be able to walk to the Town Ballroom for our show. The apartment was very easy to find, and parking was a breeze. We parked on the street right in front of the building. Efrain met us there to show us the apartment and explain how everything worked. The apartment is in an older building and it’s definitely showing its age, but the space was clean. We especially enjoyed all of the very cool antiques. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept great. Even though the apartment is on a busier street, it was quiet inside. Efrain was very prompt in his communication, and we had no issues whatsoever. His place is a bargain and we would definitely stay here again.

Five stars for Efrain's charming vintage apartment! My daughter and I had a spontaneous trip to Buffalo and were thrilled to discover Efrain's place for our stay. Efrain is truly a super host with impeccable interior design skills. Each furniture piece and decor item is thoughtfully arranged to evoke a delightful and eclectic ambiance. Upon arrival, Efrain warmly welcomed us and ensured we settled in comfortably, taking the time to familiarize us with all the amenities. His attention to detail made our stay exceptional. We're already looking forward to our next visit to Efrain's wonderful apartment!

Great value! It is also a really neat apartment! We both felt like we were back in Europe while staying there. A beautiful collection of items from the old world :). We liked the affordability and the privacy as well. 100% would stay here again when staying in Buffalo!

Although the host was very nice, we found the listing to be misleading. What is not pictured is that the apartment is divided by a large metal gate wrapped in chains which separates the host's personal apartment from the unit. The listing says that the unit is self check-in, but this is not the case- the host delivers keys upon arrival. The listing mentions sheets as well, however, the bed only had a fitted sheet and blanket on it. Again, Efrain was kind, but I felt that I needed to post this information that is not described in the listing.

Die Wohnung war für meine Zwecke perfekt. Ich konnte das Auto jederzeit kostenfrei vor der Tür parken. Efrain ist ein super netter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach, Efraim war immer erreichbar. Der late check in hat prima funktioniert, auch konnte ich am Abreistag bis 14 Uhr in der Wohnung bleiben. Das alles war für Efrain kein Problem. Die Wohnung war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, es gab Platz genug. Die Matratze war einer der komfortablesten, die ich je in einem AirBNB oder einem Hotel gehabt habe. Auch die Dusche hatte genügend Druck und heisses Wasser. Desweiteren hat Efrain kostenlos Wasser, Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung gestellt. Wenn ich wieder nach Buffalo komme, werde ich definitv wieder in Efrains Wohnung übernachten.
