Der Aufenthalt bei Dave in Bradenton Beach war top. Er war immer erreichbar, hat wenn Nötig immer Hilfe angeboten und war sehr freundlich. Das Apartment selber war sauber und sehr ruhig. Der Pool hat uns und unseren Kindern sehr gut gefallen, er war beheizt und riesig! Die Lage des Apartments war in Gehdistanz zu einigen Restaurants und in 3 Minuten waren wir am Beach. Dave hat ganz viele Strandutensilien angeboten wie Spielzeuge für den Strand, Sonnenschirme, ein fantastisches Sonnenzelt, Stühle, ja sogar Kajaks und Kinderhelme für die Velos. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

We have been coming to the island and Runaway Bay for over twenty years, Dave's apartment is the most modern and well equipped we have ever stayed in. There are a few minor flaws as mentioned in previous comments but nothing earth shattering. Dave is super accommodating, friendly and quick to respond. We had a wonderful time and will be back!

Dave’s condo is excellent. The place has a really nice heated saltwater pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and shuffleboard. There are charcoal grills all around that you can use. The beach access is right across the street with a crosswalk right there. When you are done there is a foot washing station by the pool. Plenty of beach towels and beach gear. Different style beach chairs, umbrellas, a cabana, beach cart, fishing poles, some beach games, and beach toys were in the outside closet. Best stocked airbnb I have ever stayed at for beach stuff. We had some issues with the tv, but Dave was quick to respond and help us out. A couple things need fixing like the pantry door and the master bath sink faucet (it’s just a touch too close to the counter so it gets water all over). Not a big deal for us. The place was very clean when we arrived and Dave was great and easy to communicate. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo was big and very well stocked lots of fun places near by to eat .David was responsive to all our questions .He was a great host. We would definately return.

David's condo is in a great location. Beach right across the street and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The condo complex was quiet but with lots of friendly vacationeers. David was very accommodating and took the time to contact us right after we checked in to offer personal recommendations for things to do and restaurants to visit. While David's condo was attractive to us, it wasn't the best that we've rented through AirBnb. Unfortunately, the condo unit showed a level of inattention and care. Examples of this were a broken closet door, missing ceiling light fixture and some issues with bathroom sinks.
