Kate was very flexible and let us check-in early to watch the women’s college basketball final. The place is on a beautiful site next to the Blanco River with great places to walk and enjoy the total solar eclipse and listen to the birds and then the crickets! Several places to sit outside not far from towns and cities. Everything you could want! We’ll be back. Would be fun to have a large family gather in the cabins.

Hands down one of the best places we have stayed. So peaceful! You could hear the river flowing outside. Very private area and lots of exploring! The cabin was very clean and homey. Shower was awesome and the decor definitely fit the area. Have already recommended the property so some friends and family! Will be back.

This was a beautiful place and we will definitely come back. Everything was perfect here. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The amenities are great and there are several barbecue pits around the casitas if you’d like to have a small picnic or bbq. Our casita had everything we needed as well to be able to bbq such as tongs, knives, etc. and the cabin theme was so cute. There were extra towels and my husband and I had our own sink in the bathroom which was nice. The bed was extremely comfortable! We loved the scenery with he big oak trees and hearing the streaming water of the Blanco river. We got to see a deer near the deer feeder which was exciting! There are chairs/benches in front of each casita so my husband and I spent a morning sitting in front of the casita drinking tea and enjoying our pastries. You do have to drive into the ranch for about 2 miles but the roads were visible in Apple Maps so we didn’t get lost. Kate was super responsive and proactive. Just book it!
