Can't decide between the French Quarter or Frenchman Street? This beautiful condo straddles both. While closer to Frenchman, all the charms of the French Quarter are a 10-15 minute walk away. We loved being close to Ruby Slipper for their superb breakfasts. The beds are very comfortable and the condo is quiet. There is a first floor unit with no stairs. Be prepared for stairs leading to second floor. If you use both bedrooms, there is a spiral staircase (pretty steep) leading to second. Irelis and David are such lovely people - you couldn't ask for better hosts. We planned our trip around their guide book and had three days of nonstop fun. Thank you!!

Irelis & David we're superb hosts. They were very accommodating and flexible with the checking in and clear updates and instructions were timely sent. The apartment is fantastic, it's in a quiet street but only a short walk to all the bars etc in the downtown area. The apartment is very modern and clean with everything you could possibly need. We were kindly left some snacks and plenty of coffee, tea etc. there's also a water filter which saves buying bottled water. The balcony is great for watching the world go by. the beds were very comfortable and the Aircon was spot on. We all had an excellent stay and would be very happy to return. Irelis & David were both very friendly and gave some good advice on places to visit. Thank you both for a great stay.

This was our second time staying here and had a great experience. The location is fantastic, apartment was clean, and the host were very accommodating. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Irelis was very responsive and accommodating to our stay and first time in New Orleans. We would stay here again if we visit. Perfect location for walking and hosts had everything we needed for our family’s stay.
